Been busy trying to catch up on some scrapbooking. Below are a couple of pages that I have made recently. The Lucy picture, she is my little "sweetheart", is actually a frame and premade page that I got at a big box store. The other one is of my kids when they were young. The idea for this one came from a frame that I saw at the same big box store. I used some of my long retired SU DSP, Well Worn, for the background. Hope you enjoy looking. Thanks & Hugs Alicia

Valentine Cupcake Box
I had a lot of fun making this box. I made a Halloween Cupcake box and had several requests on how to make one, so I have finally decided to make a Valentine one with instructions. This is my first try at getting instructions on my blog, so I hope that they all make sense. If not, just let me know. Thanks for looking!
2. Cut folds on inside as shown:
3.Turn fold in and put sticky tape to the outer side of each flap:
4.Tape flaps to inside of box. The box should look like this now:
5.To construct the top:
Score a 9 1/4 inch piece of card stock at 3/4 inches all the way around. Then score in
in at 1/2 inch from the 3/4 inch score on all four sides. It should look like this now:
7. Next step is a little tricky. Cut the inside score out without cutting the flap off. Picture of this will help explain. If you ever scrap booked and used this to cut the inside out of the card stock that was under a large picture, you will know what I am referring to.
8. Tape the flaps like you did for the box bottom. Cut a 7 1/2 inch piece of transparency. If you want to emboss it you can. I embossed mine with flourishes. It can be tricky to get it through the machine but can be done. When you have done this tape the transparency to the underside of the flap and you now have a box!
9. Now for the inside of the box. You will need a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of C/S. Cut one inch from the 8 1/2 inch side. Then score in the center and score again on either side of the middle score at 4 inches so that it will look like this:
10. Cut a slit on this piece of paper in the center and put inside box. You will then cut a 7 1/2 in x 4 in piece of card stock and put it in the slit and you have your compartments.
11. Now you are ready for the inside goodies. I made 4 3 x 3 cards for one compartment, sticks to put in cupcakes in another one. Then cut cupcake holders from the the XL perfect setting die cut.
Hope you enjoyed viewing this. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think. I know this has been done before but this is my version of it. The finished box picture is at the top.
