Brights Note Cards

Last year around Christmas, I took a class that featured these note cards from Stampin Up's Brights Color Collection.   Well true to style, I had to make a box for them.  These cards make cute little notes for someone and the best thing about them is that you can get a package of 20 cards and envelopes for $5.95!  Pretty sweet, right?  If you are thinking of giving some gifts, these make a quick and easy one to make.  So here are the cards..well, some of them..all the same in just different colors and stamped with different sayings...
And here is the box.  It is one I have had for awhile, just waiting for the right project to come along..I know you have some of those lying around too!  I made the flower using the crepe filter paper again and cut several layers with the floral frames framelits diecut.  I can see myself getting addicted to that filter paper!  Anyways, hope you like today's share.  Until next time,
Hugs,
Alicia

Bag of cards!

Seems like when I make cards these days, I always seem to make a bunch and then put them together in a box.  Well, I did make several but decided to put them in a bag instead of a box.  So here are the cards..

And this is the bag I put them in...
Hope you like.  Until next time,

Birthday Box of Cards

Wanted to make a gift for a special friend so decided to do a box of birthday cards for her to send to her friends!

So this is the box that I created with the envelope punch.  Also a cool thing I learned is if you add two inches for the card size to each side you will end up with the box for the card size you want!  Clear as mud right?  Let me know if you need further information, I will be glad to help.  Here are the cards that I made, each with a different saying from the Endless Birthday stamp set.

Since she is a "bling" kind of girl, I added some glitter paper to each.  I used the Mixed Bouquet and Flower Shop Stamp set for the flowers which gave me a chance to use the coordinating punch for each stamp set.  Hope you like, as always, until next time,
Alicia

Freestyle Collage

Needed to make a birthday card for someone very special, the mother of my great grandchild!  I know it is hard to believe, but he is so darn cute and cuddley and I just love him so.  Here he is when he was in Florida with his Mommy and Daddy(my grandson) for the first time.  Isn't he a cutie??
I know I got a little side tracked and haven't shown you the card yet!  Got a little excited as you can imagine.  Anyways, the card that I made for her came together because I liked the colors and wanted to use some of the Crepe Filter paper from SU that I have been holding onto for some reason. I used some of the Secret Garden framelits dies to cut the flowers out the crepe paper.  The dies cut through this paper with 8 layers!  I sprayed the colors with our spritzers in the colors of Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana.  Then completed the card with a dolly and fancied up the top with the Needlepoint Border Embossing folder.  Hope you like.  Until next time, Hugs,
Alicia
